Information collected is used to: respond to enterprise inquiries and maintain institutional relationships; operate and secure the platform infrastructure; fulfil contractual and regulatory obligations; and maintain audit records as required by applicable governance frameworks. We do not use information for advertising, profiling, or non-institutional purposes.

4. Data Residency and Transfer

Jurexio's platform architecture is designed with jurisdiction-aware data residency controls. Matter data is processed and stored within designated jurisdiction boundaries where technically feasible. Cross-border transfers, where required, are subject to applicable legal frameworks including standard contractual clauses under GDPR and UK GDPR as appropriate.

5. Regulatory Alignment

The platform is designed with alignment toward GDPR (EU), UK GDPR, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (India), and applicable regional data protection frameworks. These alignments represent design intent and active workstreams — not completed third-party certifications unless explicitly stated. Independent verification is available to qualified enterprise evaluators under NDA.

6. Data Retention

Audit log data is retained for a minimum of seven years or as required by applicable regulatory frameworks, whichever is longer. Enquiry and engagement data is retained for the duration necessary to maintain institutional relationships and fulfil legal obligations.

9. Updates

This policy may be updated periodically. Enterprise clients will be notified of material changes through established institutional communication channels.

1. Nature of Services

Jurexio Inc. provides governance-grade legal workflow infrastructure for enterprises, law firms, and government institutions. Services are delivered under executed Master Service Agreements (MSAs) with qualified institutional clients. The platform is not a consumer service and is not intended for individual personal legal use.

2. Authorised Use

Access to the Jurexio platform is restricted to authorised institutional users under executed agreements. Unauthorised access, reverse engineering, scraping, data extraction, or reproduction of any platform component, content, or output is strictly prohibited and may constitute a violation of applicable law including the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and equivalent international legislation.

3. Intellectual Property

All platform components, including but not limited to software architecture, governance systems, workflow designs, AI infrastructure, brand identity, and documentation, are proprietary to Jurexio Inc. and are protected under applicable intellectual property law. No licence is granted except as explicitly provided under executed agreements.

4. AI-Assisted Outputs

All AI-assisted outputs on the Jurexio platform are subject to mandatory human review by authorised practitioners before any action may be taken. Jurexio does not warrant the completeness or accuracy of AI-assisted outputs as a standalone legal opinion. Outputs are intended as tools to assist qualified legal professionals, not as a substitute for professional legal judgement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jurexio's liability is limited to the terms specified in executed client agreements. Jurexio does not accept liability for outcomes arising from reliance on platform outputs outside of executed contractual relationships.

6. Governing Law

These terms and any dispute arising therefrom are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise specified in an executed agreement.

1. Human-in-the-Loop — Structural, Not Advisory

Every AI-assisted output on the Jurexio platform is routed to an authorised practitioner's review queue before any action can be taken. This is enforced at the API layer. There is no role, permission, or configuration that bypasses it. The human review gate is a structural component of the platform, not a setting.

2. Explainability

All AI-assisted outputs include source citations and confidence indicators. Practitioners can trace every recommendation to its source before approving or rejecting. No unattributed summaries are permitted as platform outputs.

3. Scope Containment

AI systems on the platform operate within defined task scopes. They do not access data or systems beyond their defined function. Scope is enforced at the API layer and is not subject to end-user configuration.

4. Auditability

Every AI action is logged to the platform's immutable audit system. This includes confidence scores, source citations, review outcomes, and timestamps. No AI action on the platform is unlogged.

5. Alignment with Regulatory Frameworks

The platform's AI governance architecture is designed with alignment toward EU AI Act Article 14 (human oversight requirements for high-risk AI systems), DPDPA audit obligations, and emerging global AI governance standards. These alignments represent design intent and active workstreams.

6. No Autonomous Legal Action

The Jurexio platform does not take autonomous legal action. AI systems assist qualified practitioners — they do not replace practitioner judgement, authorise filings, or bind legal positions without explicit human approval.

7. Continuous Governance Review

Jurexio maintains an ongoing AI governance review process. Enterprise clients receive documentation of AI governance architecture under NDA during formal evaluation.

1. Security Architecture Philosophy

Jurexio's security controls are architectural — not configuration options. Platform defaults are maximally restrictive. Relaxing any control requires an explicit, logged, approved change process. This applies to all users, including Jurexio administrative personnel.

2. Cryptographic Audit Infrastructure

All platform actions — including AI-assisted operations, human decisions, document changes, and API calls — generate cryptographically sealed, append-only audit records. These records cannot be modified retrospectively by any party. Audit logs are retained for a minimum of seven years and are exportable in court-admissible formats.

3. Access Control

Role-based access control is enforced with least-privilege defaults throughout. No broadly privileged default roles exist. All access elevation requires an explicit, logged approval process. These controls apply to all users including support and administrative staff.

4. Data Residency

Platform data is processed and stored within designated jurisdiction boundaries, enforced at the network infrastructure layer. Sovereign and on-premise deployment options are available for government and regulated institutional requirements.

5. Network and Infrastructure Security

The platform employs zero trust network architecture, mutual TLS (mTLS) between internal services, and AES-256 encryption at rest and in transit. DDoS protection and infrastructure monitoring are applied across all platform environments.

6. Testing and Assurance

Quarterly penetration testing is conducted by qualified third parties. Results are reviewed by the security governance committee and remediation is tracked to completion. Testing reports are available to qualified enterprise evaluators under NDA.

7. Incident Response

A documented incident response plan exists with jurisdiction-specific regulatory notification SLAs. The plan is tested annually. All incident response actions are logged to the platform's audit infrastructure.

8. Certification Roadmap

SOC 2 Type II evidence is available to enterprise evaluators on request. ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 alignment workstreams are active. Completed third-party certifications will be disclosed publicly when formally issued.
